Content

Pink Floyd live performance at the UFO club:

  1. Interstellar Overdrive (16:46)
  2. Nicks Boogie (11:50)

The film can be considered a 60's music video based and footage from one of the band's earliest studio recordings (11th and 12th January 1967). Mixed with the images of the band playing in the studio are clips from live performances in the UFO Club and the legendary '14 hour Techinicolour Dream' Extravaganza (April '67 at Alexandra Palace). The footage includes a happening by Yoko Ono (a man cutting a womans bra!) and a glimpse of John Lennon visiting the festivities.

The DVD also contains a few interviews from the 60's with director Peter Whitehead, Mick Jagger, Michael Caine, David Hockney and Julie Christie. The interviews are not directly related to Pink Floyd.

Total running time: 60 min.

The Pink Floyd clips have also been released as part of the box set: The Early Years
